They say the way to one’s heart is through their stomach – and indeed, there is no better way to fall in love with Barcelona than through its incredible cuisine. From fresh farm produce to aged olive oils and cheeses, the Catalonian dining experience reflects not only history and geography, but the very essence of the culture. Given the Mediterranean climate and culture of fresh, healthy food – Barcelona has a collection of stunning vegetarian restaurants that will blow you away.
We will visit the Gothic, Born and Sant Pere quarters so we will mix culture with food.
– The first stop is the Born market (or Santa Caterina depends on where we are and depends the time, maybe we can visit both markets). In Born we will walk through streets where we can see some artesanal workshops and we will make another stop with more traditional tapas.
– The second stop is at the Gothic quarter and we will taste some cheese and vermouth tapas (if you drink alcohol).
– The third stop is in Santa Pere / Santa Caterina near the Palau de la Música in the restaurant we will taste some more traditional and new version of tapas.
Not only will you eat beautifully, but you will feel energized and restored to continue sightseeing and exploring this amazing city!
